Is that an old PNR railway? We used to take 13 hour trips to Bicol on those old lumbering hunk of steel when I was a kid. But for the life of me I can't remember if we passed by that town.
I'm sure you did pass by Hondagua on the way to Legazpi. Trains stopped passing through it over a decade (or two) ago. Nowadays those ingeniously , and indigenously, made "skates" ply the routes that used to be for exlusive use of those gigantic steel giants on wheels.

we have a problem with conservation and preservation of culture. the railway's one of them.
i hope it gets reconnected in our lifetime.
